Before your visit:

Parking: We do not have a parking lot though metered street parking is usually easy to find. There is a paid lot at 2610 1st Ave. (on 1st between Vine and Cedar) 1.5 blocks away.

Arrival: For weekday chiropractic appointments, new patients please arrive 15 minutes early to check in if you have not done your intake forms (or 5 minutes early if your forms are complete). Bring your photo ID and insurance card. Return patients please check in 5 minutes prior to the appointment start time.

Insurance: Dr. Aklinski is in-network with the following insurances: Aetna | Ambetter Coordinated Care | Anthem | Blue Cross Blue Shield | Cigna | First Choice | Kaiser PPO | Lifewise | Medicare | Meritain | Premera | Regence

Weekend massage: We do not have reception on the weekends.  The door may be locked more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Intake forms: Prior to your visit, we will send electronic intake forms via email and/or text for you to complete if necessary.

Misc: Our office is not a fragrance-free facility, though we ask that staff and visitors keep fragrances to a minimum for sensitive individuals. Please inform us ahead of time if you have any specific needs that we should be aware of.
