We offer effective massage therapy techniques suitable for relaxation and wellness, or for pain from car accident and work injuries, sports injuries, tendonitis, pregnancy, headaches, and muscle aches from postural imbalances and postural stress.
Prenatal Massage Therapy: If you are pregnant, please inform us so that we may schedule you with one of our therapists that offers prenatal massage! We do require a doctor’s prescription for massage during the first trimester.

We provide the best massage therapy for the best price in Seattle.
Our rates are lower than the Seattle average for most massage and no membership is required.
Most of our massage therapists are out-of-network with insurance. We collect our hourly rate up front and submit an out-of-network claim for you. If your plan has an out-of-network massage coverage then you may get reimbursed. We accept FSA/HSA funds for massage. You can contact your insurance customer service to ask if your plan has out-of-network massage benefits.

Joey has been a massage therapist for over a decade and was a clinical massage instructor for 4 years. He has a gentle, intuitive, and meticulous approach to working with the body that aims to soothe the nervous system and dissolve chronic holding patterns. He also has a specialized focus working with neural drivers to pain and headaches. Joey loves empowering his patients and believes active participation is paramount to effecting long lasting change. Outside of work, Joey enjoys strength training, riding his bike around the city, and the lost art of napping.
